To all women and children in the DRC
I cannot tell you how much I've thought about you all and cared and sent all the prayers possible that your horrible situation there would end. I have watched V-Day work tirelessly to get the message out to the world of what was happening. It is finally happening and I cannot smile anymore than I have with every new bit of news that shows me the misery will end soon!! I am so inspired by those that have survived and lived to break this cycle that needs to end. I wish every woman and child who has been hurt healing and joy and peace. I love you all!
I love you all as my fellow sisters, children and brothers(those who do not participate in the horrible acts) and am here with you in my heart and mind and pray for you all the time.
Hope is here and it will only get better and better!!!!!
